THAI YOGA MASSAGE
In Thailand, this massage modality is part of a traditional medical degree program but also practised by village healers who have learned it from their masters. It is directly related to yogic principles originating in India but also similar to Shiatsu and Reflexology as it is based on the theory of the flow of energy along lines or channels that run throughout the body.
It is suitable for all ages and abilities. It can decrease stress and back pain, increase range of motion, circulation and muscle tone, and also contribute to psychological wellbeing.
Please wear light and flexible clothing with long sleeves and no shorts, preferably cotton material.
